1. Policy Overview
Peptize products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. Because of the nature of these products, Peptize does not offer general returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been processed or fulfilled.
Product replacement is only available for approved claims involving broken product or missing product from an order.
2. All Sales Final
All sales are final once an order has been processed or fulfilled. Peptize does not provide refunds for buyerβs remorse, accidental orders, incorrect product selection, incorrect quantity selection, failure to read product details, or changes in customer preference.
3. Returns
Peptize does not accept product returns. Due to the research-use-only nature of the products, items may not be returned once shipped, delivered, opened, handled, stored, or received by the customer.
Do not send products back to Peptize unless Peptize support specifically instructs you to do so in writing. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, credited, refunded, or replaced.
4. Replacement Eligibility
Product replacement may be available only when Peptize verifies that one of the following issues occurred:
- A product arrived broken or physically damaged.
- A product listed on the order was missing from the delivered package.
Approved claims are handled by product replacement only. Refunds are not provided for broken or missing product claims unless required by law or specifically approved by Peptize.
5. Claim Requirements
To request a replacement review, contact Peptize support as soon as possible after delivery. Claims must include enough information for Peptize to verify the issue.
- Order number.
- Customer name and email used at checkout.
- Clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, packaging materials, product label, and damaged product if applicable.
- A clear description of what was broken or missing.
- Any carrier-related delivery details, if relevant.
Do not discard the product, shipping box, packing materials, or shipping label until Peptize has reviewed the claim.
6. Items Not Eligible for Refund, Return, or Replacement
Peptize does not provide refunds, returns, or replacements for issues outside the approved broken or missing product claim categories.
- Customer changed their mind after ordering.
- Customer ordered the wrong product or wrong quantity.
- Customer failed to read product details, policy terms, or research-use-only notices.
- Customer entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Customer refused delivery or failed to retrieve the package.
- Package was delayed by the carrier after shipment.
- Product was opened, handled, altered, stored improperly, discarded, or used before claim review.
- Customer requests based on research outcomes, expectations, assumptions, or non-approved use.
7. Shipping Issues
Peptize works to fulfill orders quickly and provide tracking information when available. Once a package is with the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, missed scans, or other conditions outside Peptize control.
If tracking shows a delivery issue, Peptize may assist with reviewing the situation, but replacement approval depends on the specific facts of the order, tracking information, carrier status, and claim details.
8. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order is processed or fulfilled. Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If Peptize cancels an order, cannot fulfill an order, or is required by applicable law to provide a refund for unshipped merchandise, Peptize may issue a refund to the original payment method or provide another resolution as permitted by law.
9. Research Use Only
All Peptize products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. Products are not intended for human consumption, animal use, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or household use.
Peptize does not provide refunds, returns, or replacements based on prohibited, improper, unsafe, or non-research use.
10. Contact Peptize
To request a replacement review for broken or missing product, contact Peptize support and include your order number, the email used at checkout, clear photos, and a description of the issue.
