Shipping Policy

This policy explains Peptize shipping, fulfillment, tracking, delivery responsibility, address accuracy, carrier delays, and package issue procedures.

Fast Fulfillment Orders placed before 12 PM ET are prepared for same-day fulfillment when inventory and order review allow.
Free 2-Day Shipping Free 2-day shipping may be available on qualifying orders over $200.
Tracking Updates Tracking details are emailed after order confirmation and shipment processing.

1. Policy Overview

Peptize works to process and ship orders quickly while maintaining careful packaging and order review procedures. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on inventory, order review, carrier performance, holidays, weather, and delivery location.

All Peptize products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only.

2. Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 12 PM ET may be prepared for same-day fulfillment when inventory is available and order review is completed. Orders placed after 12 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays may be processed the next available business day.

Same-day fulfillment is not guaranteed. Processing may be delayed if additional order review, payment confirmation, inventory verification, or shipping information review is required.

3. Shipping Options

Available shipping options may be shown during checkout. Peptize may offer standard, 2-day, overnight, or promotional shipping options depending on availability and destination.

  • Free 2-day shipping may be available on qualifying orders over $200.
  • Overnight shipping may be available when selected during checkout.
  • Shipping options and rates may change without notice.
  • Carrier availability may vary by address and service area.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed after your order is confirmed and shipment processing is complete. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and making sure the package can be received at the shipping address provided.

Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. A tracking number does not always mean the carrier has completed the first scan.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Peptize is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information.

  • Review your name, street address, unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and email before placing your order.
  • Contact Peptize support immediately if you notice an address issue after checkout.
  • Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

6. Carrier Delays

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Peptize is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, missed scans, routing issues, service interruptions, local delivery conditions, or other carrier-related events.

Peptize may assist customers with reviewing tracking information, but estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first check the delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, neighbors, or local carrier office.

Peptize may review lost, stolen, or misdelivered package claims on a case-by-case basis. Replacement approval is not guaranteed and depends on the specific facts of the order, tracking record, carrier information, and claim details.

8. Broken or Missing Product

Product replacement is only available for approved claims involving broken product or missing product from an order. Customers must contact Peptize support as soon as possible after delivery and provide the order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.

  • Keep the shipping box, label, packaging materials, and product until the claim is reviewed.
  • Submit clear photos of damaged product, packaging, and label when applicable.
  • Missing product claims must identify which item was missing from the order.
Broken or missing product claims are handled under the Peptize Refund & Replacement Policy.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Peptize reserves the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or review any order when shipping is unavailable, restricted, prohibited, or raises compliance concerns. Customers are responsible for making sure they are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and use Peptize products for lawful research purposes.

Peptize may decline shipment to certain locations at its discretion.

10. Research Use Only

All Peptize products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. Products are not intended for human consumption, animal use, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or household use.

Peptize does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, therapeutic recommendations, or human-use instructions.
